Discussion on Application of Trace Evidence on the Scene of Case

近年来,带有智能型犯罪的刑事案件明显增多,刑事案件现场微量物证分布复杂,加大了案件的侦破难度。明确刑事案件中微量物证的存在与分布、准确勘查提取现场微量物证,正确运用检验技术,能准确分析和判断刑事案件的原始现场、案犯的职业及生活环境、作案工具等客观情况,识破案件真伪,为准确定案、及时破案提供充分有效的证据材料,为法庭审理提供科学的依据。

It’s evident that cases with intelligence appeared frequently,and it's hard to solve such cases with various distribution of trace evidence,therefore,reasonable basis can be provided to the court to settle the cases only by conforming distribution of trace evidence,collecting and testing,analyzing firsthand scene of case,and judging criminals' occupation,life environment and tools.
