利用网络进行诈骗犯罪的防控对策研究

Prevention Strategy on Internet Fraud Crime

随着网络的飞速发展,利用网络进行诈骗犯罪已成为一个近年来出现的新型犯罪形式。而我国目前惩治利用网络进行诈骗犯罪的相关法律法规还不够完备,情报信息应用还不够充分,相关网络诈骗防范机制还未建立,这些都直接影响着该类案件的侦破。因此,有必要借鉴国外经验,结合我国国情,完善利用网络进行诈骗犯罪的防控对策。

Criminal investigation department needs a legal basis to combat Internet fraud,this is our country according to law the proper meaning of strategy.However,the Internet fraud is a development of recent years with the network only started flooding,and widespread concern,thus punishing the network fraud related laws and regulations are not well established,application of intelligence information was not sufficient,relevant network fraud prevention mechanisms not yet established,these have a direct impact on the investigation of cases.Therefore,it is necessary to learn from foreign experience,combined with China's national conditions,improve the network fraud prevention and control measures.
