论交通民警执勤执法时的安全防护措施

Discussion on Safety Measures for Traffic Police Enforcement

近年来,全国交通民警在执勤过程中因公牺牲的案件每年都有发生,究其原因,虽然有道路环境和车辆驾驶员严重违法行为方面的因素,但主要还是与民警自身安全防护意识不强、安全防护措施不到位有关。本文在分析交通民警执勤时发生安全问题原因的基础上,主要论述了在日常执勤、勘查事故现场、渠化分流车辆、执行堵截任务等四种情况下交通民警应采取的安全防护措施。

In recent years,traffic police sacrifice cases have occurred during the duty,because of the reason as the road environment and serious violations by vehicle drivers,besides,there still existed problems of their weak consciousness and unproper safety measures.Based on the analysis of causes for the accidents,four safety precautions stated in the daily duty,investigation of scene,diverting traffic and performing intercept tasks.
