新媒体时代的警察危机公关研究——以公安微博客为例

摘要 基于无线通信技术和网络技术革命基础上出现的媒体形态称为新媒体。而微博客已成为新媒体最具影响力的新兴代表,它正以"核武器"式的裂变效应,为社会交往及传播方式带来颠覆式革命。据统计,目前中国政务微博客已覆盖大陆所有省级行政区,公安机关在网上开设的政务微博客已达4000多个,经过认证的民警个人微博客约有5000多个。微博客已成为公安机关公共关系传播的新平台,本文从对公安微博客的功能入手,提出公安微博客更好的服务警察危机公关的有效途径。 Media form emerging based on wireless communication and network technology revolution is known as new media. The new micro-bog has become the most influential new media representatives, which brings subversive revolution for the social interaction and mode of transmission by the fission effects of 'nuclear arm'. According to statistics, China's mainland government micro-bog has covered all the provincial-level administrative, public security organs open government micro-bog in the Internet has reached more than 4,000 and a certified personal micro bog about the police has reached more than 5,000. Micro-bog has become public relations communication platform of public security organ. In this paper, to start from the study of public security micro-bog, giving out the effective way for micro bog how to make a better police service to police public relations crisis.
