平安建设下的社区民警绩效指标体系设计

摘要 公安机关是平安建设的主力军,而社区民警处在公安工作的第一线,其绩效水平直接关系到平安建设的成效。本文以平安建设为切入点,以社区民警职责为分析依据,总结现行社区民警绩效指标体系的部分不足,设计出导向明确的绩效指标体系,以期对社区民警进行激励与引导。 public security organs is the main force in peace-building,and community police in the first line of police work,the performance level is directly related to the effectiveness of peace-building. In this paper,peace building as a starting point for the analysis of community-based police duties,summarize the existing community police performance indicator system parts shortage,design-oriented system of clear performance indicators in order to motivate the community police and guidance.
