侦查学专业硕士研究生作为我国刑侦高层次人才的后备军,对其培养除了要注重理论知识的夯实,更重要的是培养其将理论与实际转换的思维与能力,即应用能力。为适应新《刑事诉讼法》的要求,本文力求探究我国刑侦高层次应用型人才的培养模式。

As China's criminal investigation reserve of high-level personnel,it is necessary for graduate of criminal investigation to focus on theoretical knowledge training,but developing the ability of converting theory and practice is much more important,namely the applied ability.To adapt to the requirements of the new Criminal Procedure Law. This paper seeks to explore the training model of high-level applied talents in criminal investigation.
