对我国袭警行为的思考

Consideration of assaulting behavior

近年来,袭击警察的事件时有发生,并呈现愈演愈烈的趋势,给公安机关及公安民警带来了严重的危害。袭警行为是对国家尊严的蔑视及对法律权威的挑战。笔者从袭警行为的现状、特点及主客观方面分析和解读其频发原因,并在此基础上提出相应的防范对策,以期为警察在今后的执法活动中提供参考。

In recent years, the incidents of attacking police have occurred occasionally and showed a growing trend, and bring serious harm to the public security organs and the police. Assaulting behavior is contempt of national dignity and a challenge to the authority of the law. The author has annalized and interpreted its frequent causes from the status quo, characteristics and objective and subjective aspects of assaulting behavior, and propose appropriate preventive measures on this basis, then to provide a reference for police enforcement activities in the future.
