新刑事诉讼法实施后,给公安机关的执法理念、侦查办案模式、运用法律水平、履职能力、执法体制带来巨大的挑战。公安经侦部门作为参与刑事诉讼活动的重要执法部门,面临着新的形势、任务和要求。公安经侦部门及其民警应理性对待刑诉法修改,正视面临的问题,主动更新执法理念、转变传统侦查模式、完善执法制度、增强执法保障、提高执法办案能力,积极应对挑战,更好地打击犯罪,服务经济建设,保障人权。

After the implementation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure, the concept of the public security organs to law enforcement, investigative handling model, using the legal level, the ability to perform their duties, law enforcement system brings great challenges. Economic Investigation department of public security as an important law enforcement activities involved in criminal proceedings, faced with a new situation, tasks and requirements. Economic Investigation department of public security and police should treat rationally the modification of the Criminal Procedure Law, to address the issue facing law enforcement initiative to update the concept of changing the traditional investigative mode, improve enforcement system, and enhance law enforcement to protect and improve the handling capacity of law enforcement, and actively respond to challenges, better combating crime, serving economic construction, safeguarding human rights.
