当前形势下构建四川藏区和谐警民关系探究

构建和谐警民关系,是我们党的根本宗旨也是公安工作的本质要求,同时是做好新形势下社会稳定工作的根本保证。走群众路线决定公安机关是和谐警民关系的建设者和捍卫者;构建四川藏区和谐警民关系是贯彻公安机关群众路线教育实践活动的组成部分之一。通过分析四川藏区公安群众工作难以顺利开展的主要影响因素,提出四川藏区和谐警民关系之建设对策:提高破案率,增强藏区群众安全感;疏通警民沟通渠道,拉近藏区警民距离;加强藏区社会管理与群众工作的协调配合。

Building a harmonious relationship between the police and the public is of our party's fundamental purpose, which is also an essential requirement of public security work, and is doing work of the fundamental guarantee of social stability under the new situation. Following the mass line is decided that the public security authorities is the builders and the police defenders of harmonious relations between the police and the public; building a harmonious community relations in Tibetan areas of Sichuan is one part of the public security organs to implement the mass line of educational practice. By analyzing the main factors of Sichuan Tibetan public security people work, which is hard to successfully carry out, then proposed building measures of a harmonious community relations in Sichuan Tibetan areas: to improve the detection rate, enhance security Tibetan people; clear channels of the police and public;close the distance between the Tibetan police and the public; coordination Tibetan community management and working with people to build a harmonious relationship between the public the police.
