摘要
就业难,女性就业更难,在法学专业连续三年作为红牌就业警告的专业来说,女性法律人就业更是问题。通过以华东政法大学女硕士研究生为基础,调查目前女性法律人的职业意向,分析职业规划的中存在的问题。以2013年上海市新录用公务员数据分析,女性法律人在具体工作中的录取比例,分析就业的方向。通过调研上海市各法院、检察院、司法局等单位,了解目前在岗女性法律人具体操作中的优劣势,并总结出女性法律人今后技能提升的方向。
The more difficult employment, the harder female employment, for three consecutive years as a professional in law red card warning professional employment, the employment of women lawyers is a problem. By ECUPL female graduate students, based on surveys of women currently legal person's occupation intention to analyze the problems in career planning. In 2013, by data analysis of Shanghai newly hired civil servants, the proportion of women admitted to the legal people in specific work, analyze employment orientation. Through research, Shanghai courts, prosecutors, judicial bureau and other units,to understand the current strengths and weaknesses of women lawyers in the post specific operation, and summed female lawyers in the future direction of skills upgrading.
