兰训班是国民党军统局创办的规模最大、历史最久、学员最多的特种警察训练班。从这里走出的毕业生虽然大部分成为反动政权帮凶,但同时也有一部分为中华民族抗日战争做出积极贡献。同时也引进了一些国外先进的理念和科学训练方法。
