Acquisition and Technology of Internet Public Opinion Analysis

在网络大数据背景下,网络舆情数据量日益庞大、来源复杂多样并且传播迅速,复杂的舆情环境对于网络舆情监控引导工作提出更高的要求,应用情报分析手段采集网络信息可以及时有效地抓住重要信息,提高工作效率。本文针对目前主流的网络舆情获取与分析技术,研究总结了获取舆情信息的主要步骤,对各个环节关键技术进行探讨,并提出信息定量评估的必要性和可行性。

Under the background of large data networks, large amount of internet public opinion data is increasing, sources is complex and diverse, and spread rapidly, complex public opinion environment for network monitoring and guide of public opinion provideshigher demands, applica ting intelligence analysis tools can collect network information in a timely manner effectively to seize the important information, and improve work efficiency. In this paper, for the current mainstream of network public opinion acquisition and analysis techniques to summarizes the main steps to obtain information on public opinion, to discuss all aspects of the key technologies and presents information on the necessity and feasibility of quantitative assessment.
