摘要
内部治安保卫工作是企业事业单位管理的重要组成部分。客观分析油田治安保卫工作现状和存在问题,探索新时期治安保卫工作的对策,构建适应新形势的行之有效的综治保卫工作体系,是保障油田又好又快发展的有效途径。
Internal security work is an important part of the management of enterprises and institutions.Objective anal sizing of the current situation and problems of oilfield security work, exploring the new era of security work measures to adapt to the new situation to build an effective security work of comprehensive management system, it is an effective way to protect sound and rapid development of the oil field.
