从高校招标采购领域着眼,通过分析权力运行中易引发腐败环节及招标制度建设的现状,提出通过完善制度根基、环境、结构等对策,刚性化制度的执行,为实现制度管用及监督的科学化,为有效防控招标采购领域中的廉政风险提供有益借鉴。
