Base on the Human and the Construction of Class Culture

班级文化建设必须以人为本,着眼于学生的内在的发展要求,关注每一个活生生的学生个体。本文提出以人为本的班级文化建设应该在精神层面上树立平等的师生关系和生际关系,在制度层面上构建以学生成长为目标的自我管理规范,在物质层面上打造一个让学生主动参与的班级环境。班级活动是人本化班级管理最重要、最有效的载体,一切有效的教育管理,必须要重视开展以学生需要和兴趣为基础的活动,真正体现出对学生主体地位的尊重,从而唤醒学生的主体意识。

The construction of class culture must base on the human, respect the interior development demand of students, pay attention to the every vivid individual. The writer advance that the construction of class culture which bases on the human should set equal relations between teachers and students, and between students on the spirit; set a self-managerial rule aimed at the pullulating of students on the system; set a environment which every student can take an active part in on the material. Class activities is the most important and effective carrier of class management.
