高等教育发展的新形势、新任务对高校党的执政能力建设提出了新的更高要求,加强高校党的执政能力建设的基本途径包括思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设等方面,其成效体现在推进高等教育事业全面协调可持续发展上。

The new situation and task of higher education development put forward a higher demand for the Party’s ruling ability in colleges. The construction of the Party’s ruling ability in colleges should be strengthened by four basic means,that is,ideology construction, organization construction,style construction and system construction,etc. the effect of strengthening the construction of the Party’s ruling ability in colleges should be reflected in pushing on the overall, coordinate and sustainable development of higher education .
