摘要
埃里克森早期人格发展的理论强调学前各期在人格发展中的重要地位。人格教育必须从家庭开始,从婴幼儿开始。基于埃里克森的理论,提出早期儿童人格教育的具体实践,包括母婴之间的亲密接触,父母对婴幼儿自主性的培养,通过身教培养儿童良好行为习惯和积极心理感受,避免过早的专门教育等四个方面。
The paper introduces Erikson’s theories on the development of early personality which stresses the important impact of the pre-school stage so that the personality education must start from home education and from the infancy. Based on this theories, we propose four aspects of early personality education practice, including the intimate contact between mother and child, training infants to be autonomy and independent, moulding them good habits and positive emotional feeling by parents’ behavior, avoiding imposing them special education too early.
