On Construction of Campus System Culture

高校校园制度文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,当前高校校园制度文化建设存在认识不足、开发不够、缺乏指导以及系统性、权威性、可操作性不强等问题。加强高校校园制度文化建设应从明确导向、突出主体、逐步推进、持续深化、加强指导和注重实效等方面着手,准确把握制度文化的"三大特性",充分发挥制度文化的"三大功能",科学处理与制度文化相关的"三个关系"。

System culture is an important constitution of campus culture. Whereas, nowadays, there are several problems in its construction such as shortage of recognition, deficiency of exploitation, absence of guidance and insufficiency of systematic, authoritative and plastic. To enhance the construction of campus system culture, it is the first to confirm direction, stand out principal part, develop step by step, deepen continual, strengthen supervise and pay attention to actual effect , then handle the three traits of system culture accurately, develop the three functions fully, and dispose the three relationships scientifically.
