素质教育的提出为基础音乐教育的改革与发展奠定了理论基础。体现素质教育精神的基础音乐教育应具备面向全体学生、重视审美体验、倡导主动发展、注重开放学习等几个方面的基本特征。
The raise of diathesis education has settled the theory base for the reform and development of foundational music education. The music education should own several basic features: looking on all the students,paying great attention to the taste experience,advocating positive development and emphasizing open study.
