摘要
学生评教制度目前教育界争论不定,从我国的一些教育法规来看,学生评教有其法律基础。一些相关法律的规定为评教的主体、程序、结果三方面提供了依据。当前的学生评教无论在评教的主体、程序、结果方面都存在一些问题,有待完善,但其合理性、合法性、科学性也不容置疑,应将其妥善运用。
The disputes on the system of student’s ratings of teaching effectiveness exists in the education field. But it has the the legal foundations in Chinese education law. Some relevant legal rules supply the base for student’s ratings of teaching effectiveness in three aspects: subjects, procedure and results. While there are some problems in these aspects, which should be improved. But there is no doubt about its rationality, validity and science, it should be made correct use.
