摘要
颜色词的基本象征意义是一个民族文化积累的产物。人类文化存在着共性,受其相互渗透、趋同的影响,不同民族常常会赋予某一种颜色词以相同的基本象征意义。但在不同的文化历史背景、宗教信仰、思维方式、审美观和生活环境等因素的影响下,颜色词的内涵又有很大的差异。从中西文化对比的角度去分析颜色词的基本象征意义的异同,更有助于我们的深入理解,从而促进言语交际的顺利进行。
The basic implication of color word is the outcome of accumulation of culture. Different nations endow one color word the same implication owing to the commonness and mutual influence of human culture. While color words contain different implications in both Chinese and western culture because of their different history,culture, religious beliefs, thinking way, taste view and habitation. We should analyze the differences and similarities of color words’ implication by comparing Chinese with Western culture .
