摘要
学前教师发展是幼儿园发展和教育改革成败的关键。近年,各国纷纷开展教师教育改革,特别是在政策创新、教师教育课程、教师专业成长方面获得了很多颇有价值的成果。为确保教育质量,国外开展了学前教师教育改革的政策创新。为提升教师的实践智慧,国外学前教师推进了教师教育的课程变革。
The development of kindergarten teacher is the key issue of kindergarten development and education reform. In recent years, foreign countries take carry on the reform of teacher education, especially in policy innovation, teacher education curriculum, and teacher professional development. In order to improve educational quality, foreign countries carry on the policy innovation. In order to improve teachers’ practical wisdom, foreign countries propel the curriculum reform in teacher education. In order to strengthen the validity in teacher education , foreign countries carry on the training model innovation.
