摘要
为促进菲律宾华文教育教学改革,本研究采用《中学教师教学策略量表》、《明尼苏达满意度问卷》对菲律宾华文教师进行测量。研究表明:菲律宾华文教师的教学策略处于中间水平;大岷区和米沙耶区的课前策略、教学策略总体水平及工作满意度总体高于吕宋区及棉兰佬区;年龄是教学策略各维度的有效预测变量,菲律宾华社必须稳定年龄55岁以上、教龄15年以上的华文教师队伍;提高华文教师工资待遇,可相应提高华文教师素质和工作积极性;幼儿教师的教学策略水平最低,华社应注重幼儿教师的培训;工作满意度与教学策略呈显著的正相关,提高华文教师对职业的热爱是提高华文教师教学策略水平的重要方法。
This research measures Chinese teachers in Philippine by both inventories including Teaching Strategies Inventory for Secondary School Teachers and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire in order to develop Chinese education teaching and reform in Philippine.The research result shows that teaching strategies for Chinese teachers in Philippine keep in a middle level.The level of pre-teaching strategies and other general teaching strategies in Metro Manila and Visayas is higher than that of in Luzon and Mindanao.Age is the effective prediction variant for teaching strategies.It is suggested to build up a Chinese teacher team with the age above 55 and teaching period above 15,increase their salary in order to strengthen their quality and working activity.Preschool teachers should be trained because of their low teaching strategy level.Enhancing their devotion in teaching career is a vital approach to developing their teaching strategy level because working satisfaction is positively correlates with teaching strategies.
