基础教育改革关键期亟须解放思想

摘要 解放思想,是中国改革开放的强大动力,也是中国教育改革的重要动力。目前,我国的基础教育改革站在了新的历史起点上,新课程改革正在广泛而深入地向前推进。在这关键时期,亟须解放思想:一是要从各种"洋教条"、"新教条"中解放出来;二是要突破教育教学中各种有害的"条条框框"的束缚;三是要破除对"课改"、"权威"、"模式"等的迷信,此外,还要解放心态,让心态回归常态、回归自然态。 Emancipating the mind is the strong and important power for China’s reform and openness,and also for China’s education reform.At present,the reform of the elementary education in China has stood at the new starting point of history,while the new curriculum reform is being promoted forward widely and deeply.However,in the critical period,what should be done is to emancipate the mind from three aspects.Firstly,all kinds of ‘foreign-oriented dogmatism’ and ‘new dogmatism’ should be abandoned;secondly,various harmful rules and regulations in education and teaching should be broken through;thirdly,the superstition for the so-called ‘curriculum reform’,‘authority’ and ‘elite’ should be abolished.In addition,concern should be given to the liberation of mentality for emancipating the mentality to the normal and natural state.
