摘要
我国自2001年始,展开了一场空前规模的应对经济全球化挑战的基础教育课程改革运动。"新课程改革"紧紧围绕《基础教育课程改革纲要》的基本理念与内容,以概念重建与体制创新为基本前提,在从"反对话文化"走向"对话文化"的实践中重建"学校文化",逐步推进课程范式从"应试教育"向"素质教育"转型。十年的改革实践表明了这样一个信念与真实:尽管我们的改革面临诸多来自旧观念与旧体制的抵抗,但多元的声音所激起的对话、论争和交响,终究使我们看到了新世纪"学校再生"的曙光。
An unprecedented basic education curriculum reform movement has spread in China's Mainland since 2001 to meet the challenge of economic globalization.This paper aims to summarize the basic idea and basic content of "The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program" leading last decade of new curriculum reform and explore the basic premise of curriculum paradigm transformation and practical topic of the reconstruction of school culture.Curriculum reform in decade shows such a belief and truth,that is although our reform faces much resistance from the old ideas and old system,the dialogue,debate and symphony sparked by pluralistic voice eventually make us see the dawn of school regeneration in new century.
