摘要
教师专业认同与教师专业发展密切相关,透过一位幼儿园骨干教师的专业认同故事,可以清晰地看出幼儿教师从职前到职后专业认同的变化历程。作为一名幼儿教师,需从多个方面增强专业认同感,以促进自身的专业成长。
Teachers’ professional identity is closely related to the professional development.This paper probes into the change of teachers’ professional identity from pre-profession to post-profession through a story of a backbone kindergarten teacher,so as to enhance teachers’ professional identity from four factors which are work motivation,self-identity,professional knowledge and looking for future.
