摘要
新课改对教师的素质提出了更高的要求,尤其在农村师资还比较短缺并且整体水平相对不高的情况下,其教师队伍更需要充实与提高。2007年国家在六所部属师范院校实行免费师范生教育,一个主要的目的是为农村学校培养优秀师资,从而逐步提升农村教育教学的整体水平。然而目前首届免费师范毕业生的就业情况与国家的政策初衷存在不少差距,不少师范生不愿去农村执教。因此,农村师资条件的改善还需要一个稳步和长期的过程。
New curriculum proposes requirements for teachers’ higher quality.Especially for the shortage of rural teachers employment,teachers’ quality needs to be improved and strenghthened.Since 2007,State Teachers College in six subordinates have carried out the policy of free normal education.One of the aims is to cultivate teachers in high quaity for rural areas in order to enhance the rural education level to a whole.However,there is a big gap between the free normal employment and the State’s policy orientation because few normal students tend to teach in rural areas.Therefore,it needs a steady and long-term process to improve the condition of rural teaching.
