高校基层党支部凝聚力建设是党支部建设的内核,直接关系到高校基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用能否顺利实现和充分发挥。当前高校基层党支部凝聚力建设存在简单机械、缺乏主动与激情、缺乏创新与活力等问题,因此要增强高校基层党支部的凝聚力建设,就要主动适应发展变化的形势,不断更新观念;积极探索,努力形成推动作用发挥的激励机制;积极创新,适应新形势工作开展的内容与载体;形成坚强有力共同推动发展的组织保障。

Cohesion construction of colleges’ basic level Party branches is the core of Party branch construction,and it is related directly to the fact whether the basic level Party branch’s function of battle fort can get full play and be realized smoothly.In order to enforce cohesion of colleges’ basic level Party branch by eliminating the problems of lack of passion,activeness,innovation and variety,the basic branch should consciously adapt to the development changes in the new situation,renew thought ceaselessly,explore actively and strive for forming incentive mechanism that can promote execution of role,innovate actively and develop new content and carrier,and introduce forceful organizational guarantee.
