摘要
AACTE的幼教白皮书立足于美国幼儿教育的现实背景,以对幼儿教师师资素养的关注为主题,从幼教师资培养的背景、内涵、质量、内容等几个方面对幼儿教师师资培养这一议题进行了全面的检视和反思。这为我国培养幼儿教育师资提供了全新的视角:要建立优秀幼教师资评价与专业认证指标;国家应建立幼教培养机构评估和监督体制;幼教师资培养的内容要因应社会变化;应为在职幼儿教师制定完整且可行的进修规划机制;幼教师资培养应强化家、园及社区的幼教意识与责任。
The AACTE early childhood education white paper bases on the realistic background of early childhood education in the United States,which concerns the theme of the early childhood teacher education literacy.The article conducts comprehensive review and reflection from the early childhood teacher training background,connotation,quality,and content of early childhood teacher education to develop this issue.This provides a new perspective for our culture of early childhood education teacher.It is suggested to draw up excellent preschool teacher evaluation and professional certification indicators,establish institutional assessment and monitoring system,update preschool teacher training program,carry out the complete and accessible education planning mechanism for in-service early childhood teachers,and strengthen the awareness and responsibilities of early childhood education from home,kindergarten and community in a whole.
