摘要
园本教研的不断推进对教师自身专业化水平的提升有了更高的要求,分析和解决幼儿园园本教研中现存的问题将有助于提高园本教研的有效性和针对性。网络教研是传统教研形式的传承和创新,巧用网络平台将有助于教师寻求理论支撑、碰撞思维火花、实现同伴互助、构建教研文化。只有把网络教研与常规教研有机结合,相互补充,取长补短,才能更好地提升园本教研的整体品质。
The progress of Kindergarten-based teaching and research requires more on teachers’ profession. Also the analysis and solution to problems in kindergarten-based teaching and research benefits their effectiveness and efficiency. Teaching and research based on the Internet is the inheritance and innovation, which can help teachers to seek for theories support,share thoughts,help each other and construct teaching and research atmosphere. The quality of teaching and research can be enhanced as long as combining teaching and research in a tradition-based and internet-based way and providing good points with each other.
