边远民族地区中小学教师事业满意度的探讨

摘要 边远民族地区社会文化背景特殊,主要受地理环境、人文历史、经济落后等因素的影响,教育教学水平和教师生活条件还需要提高到一个新的高度。我国目前处于社会主义市场经济快速发展的时期,边远民族地区的中小学教师生活水平不高、工作压力大、经济收入低等已经成为严峻的现实。边远民族地区中小学校教师工作满意度与基本收入、工作负担、学校管理有一定关系,应从这几个方面入手提高教师事业满意度。 The feature of the social and cultural background of remote ethnic areas contributes to the geographical, historical and economic factors. There is still far from the satisfying standard of teaching and living. In the times of economic development, teachers in primary and secondary schools from remote ethnic areas face to the strong working pressure, low living standard and insufficient income. It is suggested to enhance teachers’ career satisfaction from the aspects of income, workload and school management.
