摘要 近年来,在借鉴、总结国内外高等职业教育人才培养模式的先进理论与实践成果的基础上,我国高等职业教育发展迅速,但高职院校在人才培养模式上普遍存在的问题正制约着高职教育的发展。以学校、社会、信息平台三方形成信息对流环路为基础的"三位一体"高职人才培养模式,通过探索人才培养动态机制、构建课程体系、完善考核与监控体系等实施路径,能较好地实现高职人才培养质量的提升。 After referring to and summing up the advanced theories and practical achievements of talent training mode both at home and abroad, the higher vocational education in China has been developing rapidly in recent years. However, there are some common problems on the talent training mode in vocational college, which is restricting the development of higher vocational education. Therefore, "trinity", which is a talent training mode of circulatory system consisting of college, society and information platform, has been proposed on the basis of analyzing current situation and existing problems. The quality of talent training would be fully improved through the implementing approaches of establishing talent training mechanism, constructing curriculum system and perfecting assessment and supervision.
