摘要
编外聘用人员作为学校特殊的一个群体,在学校的发展建设中发挥着他们的积极作用。笔者采用自编问卷对福建幼儿师范高等专科学校64名编外聘用人员进行调查,结果显示编外聘用教职工总体思想情况良好,但也表现出在意身份,缺乏归属感,任务繁重,薪酬偏低,缺乏安全感,心理压力大,缺乏有效的发展目标指引,没有明确的职业规划和离职随意性大等问题。因此,用人单位可以从为编外聘用教职工提供合法保障,创设良好的成长环境,提高参政议政意识,减轻思想、工作压力,并采取行之有效的管理方式等方面来加强对编外教职员工的管理和引导。
Temporary staff,as a special group,play an important role in the school development. This paper samples 64 temporary staff as subjects from Fujian Preschool Education College and carries out a survey. The result shows that the general situation of temporary staff is fine,however,problems of low self-identity, lack of belongings,heavy tasks,unsatisfying payment,sense of unsafety,high level of stress,inefficient awareness of self-development,unclear career planning and random will of quitting a job widely exist. Therefore,it is suggested to provide temporary staff with legal guarantee,create friendly opportunities of individual development,raise awareness of participating in democratic activities,relieve workload and mental stress and take up effective measures to manage and guide those temporary staff.
