摘要
《指南》实施背景下,必须依靠优化幼儿园一日生活制度来提高幼儿教师实施幼儿园课程能力、保障每一名幼儿获得学习与发展。通过对幼儿园一日生活制度制定与实施方式、时间结构、内容结构及不同职务主体对一日生活制度价值取向开展调查,对幼儿园一日生活制度的定位和教师对一日生活制度的影响进行分析,提出几个依据《指南》优化幼儿园一日生活制度的途径。
Under the background of the implementation of Guidelines on Early Learning and Development for Children Aged 3- 6,optimizing kindergarten daily life will enhance teachers’ ability of implementing preschool curriculum so that children will obtain development based on their primary experience.Study suggests that nowadays there are several problems on the formulation and implementation of kindergarten daily life institution: highly concentrated in structure,"single track"in time management,extensive and lacking of integrated planning in content,ignoring life process. Based on the study results,the author analyzed the concept of kindergarten daily life institution and the teachers’ influence to kindergarten daily life institution,and to put forward some ways to optimize kindergarten daily life institution according to Guidelines on Early Learning and Development for Children Aged 3- 6.
