小学班规建设的问题、流程与结构探讨

摘要 班规能够协调、沟通、搭建个体与集体的行为关系,起着规范、约束、建构与优化个体行为的作用。很多班规的制定随意性大,缺乏科学性、系统性、整合性、有效性。"调研准备、制定班规、调适完善"的系统设计有助于班规的优化。班规的制定是一个系统设计与调适的过程,只有给学生充分的话语权与参与权,才能发挥班规的规范与优化行为的价值。班规的制定要考虑以下几点:科学与有效、整合与系统、适切与认可、建构与生成,以让班规由死的条目走向活的文化基因。 Class rules are able to coordinate,link up and build individual and group behavior relationship,which play a part in restraining,constraining,constructing and optimizing individuals’ behavior. Many class rules,which are not scientific,systematic,integral,nor effective,are set without enough consideration. Systematic design with enough research and good coordination shall contribute to optimize class rules. Making class rules is a process of systematic design and coordination,and students should be of enough right to deliver their thoughts and to participate,so as to make the class rules useful. These factors of class rules should be taken into consideration so as to make them change from lifeless clauses to live cultural gene: being scientific and effective,being integral and systematic,being appropriate and recognized,being constructed and created.
