摘要 师资之良窳,乃教育质量之关键影响因素。在师资培育方面,师培机构应关注之向度包含核心能力之订定、课程之规划与实施、实习与实务知能之提升,以及学习成效检核等,并朝向培育具备应有专业知能及实践智慧与实践知识之教育工作者。
