摘要
教师职业道德问题一直都是业界学者的关注焦点。我国师德文本存在公德淡化、忽视专业化及难于操作等弊端,在从人性缘起、教师角色及社会背景视角分析其形成原因的基础上,结合美国师德文本建设经验对我国师德文本发展路径进行探索。我国师德文本改革中,丰富文本内涵外延、构建多维文本体系及增强文本可操作性将成为必要之举。
Teaching ethics has always been the focus among scholars. There are these problems in our country’s teaching ethics construction: weakening social morality,neglecting the issue of professionalization,hard to practice,and so on. By borrowing American experience in teaching ethics construction,this paper explores the reasons accounting for those problems and the ways to construct Chinese ethics from these aspects: the origin of humanity,the roles of teachers,and social background. In the revolution of Chinese teaching ethics text,enriching the connotation and scope of the text,constructing diverse text system and improving the feasibility of the text,will be necessary measures.
