摘要
当今的幼儿教育提倡自主探索、主动学习,在这一过程中教师的角色定位是个热点话题。本文将从认识论的视角,引导教师在认识儿童的基础上扮演好等待者、兴趣激发者的角色;在认识材料和环境的基础上扮演好材料提供者和环境创设者的角色;在认识探索结果的基础上扮演好应答者的角色。希望这样的解读,能让教师更清晰地定位自己在幼儿自主探索中应扮演的角色。
Nowadays preschool education advocates independent exploration and active learning.Teachers’ role in this process is a hot topic. From the perspective of epistemology,this article guides teachers to play the role of waiters,interest stimulators on the basis of understanding children,to play the role of good material provider and environmental creators on the basis of understanding materials and environment,to play the role of good responders on the basis of understanding the results. It is hoped that this paper will help teachers to have a clearer interpretation of teachers’ role in children’s independent exploration.
