摘要
本文从现代人力资源管理学和心理学的视角出发,采用心理体检的方式,运用心理学专业测评数据,对幼儿园教职工的心理状态和人格特征进行客观分析,结合师资队伍管理的具体实践经验,提出'建设幼儿园人格资源库,以心智化管理促进园所集体人格完善,从而提升园所综合素质'的师资管理新思路。
From the perspective of Human Resources Management and Psychology,this paper adopts psychological health examination,gains psychological assessment data,objectively analyzes the teaching staff’ s psychological status and personality characteristics,and by combining the specific practical experience,presents the new idea of staff management,which is to construct personality database in kindergartens,and to advance the collective personality with metalized management so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the kindergarten.
