摘要
教师是人类灵魂的工程师,是人类文明的传承者,教师职业道德倍受社会关注。幼儿教师作为启蒙教师,其职业道德关乎幼儿的发展,关乎民族兴旺。'互联网+'时代的到来,对幼儿教师职业道德建设提出新挑战、带来新机遇。基于互联网自身特点,将互联网与幼儿教师职业道德建设结合在一起将面临许多机遇与挑战,这就要求充分利用互联网有利的一面,为幼儿教师的职业道德学习、职业道德宣传、职业道德监督、职业道德考核发挥积极作用,切实提升幼儿教师职业道德。
Teachers are the engineers of the human soul and the inheritors of human civilization.Their professional ethics attract a lot of social attention.As preschool teachers are the enlighteners,their professional ethics are related to the development of children and the prosperity of the nation.The arrival of the'Internet+'era brings new opportunities for preschool teachers’professional ethics construction.Based on the characteristics of the Internet,the combination of the Internet with the preschool teachers’professional ethics construction faces opportunities and challenges,which require us to make full use of the upside of the Internet,develop its active role in preschool teachers’study of the professional ethics,the publicity of professional ethics,the supervision of professional ethics as well as the assessment of professional ethics,and make effective improvement in the professional ethics of preschool teachers.
