摘要
我国近十年幼儿园教师幸福感的研究,主要包括幼儿园教师幸福感的内涵、总体幸福感、职业幸福感、主观幸福感、影响因素及提升策略方面。未来的研究,可结合我们自身的文化背景,设计幼儿园教师幸福量表;注重多种研究方法的综合运用;扩大研究范围及层次,基于幼儿园教师幸福感的内部心理机制及其促进过程中存在的问题进行。
In recent ten years,the study on the well-being of kindergarten teachers in China mainly includes the connotation,overall well-being,occupational well-being,subjective well-being,influencing factors and promotion strategies.Its future studies can be carried out through the design of the kindergarten teachers’happiness scale combined with our own cultural background,the emphasis on the comprehensive application of various research methods and the expansion of the scope as well as the level of the research,based on the internal psychological mechanism of kindergarten teachers’happiness and the problems existing in the promotion process.
