摘要
通过分析带温度传感器的大气式燃气灶的加热过程,根据传热学原理,分析热辐射和对流传热对温度传感器的影响,找出提高温度传感器测量准确度与可靠性的可行方法:设计向外直流的燃烧器、带文丘里管结构的二次空气通道、隔热环等结构,降低工作状态下的燃烧器对温度传感器热影响。
By analyzing the heating process of the atmospheric gas stove with temperature sensor,according to theprinciple of heat transfer,the influence of heat radiation and convective heat transfer on the temperature sensor isanalyzed,and a feasible method to improve the measurement accuracy and reliability of the temperature sensor isfound:design direction The external DC burner,the secondary air passage with the venturi structure,and theinsulation ring reduce the thermal influence of the burner on the temperature sensor under working conditions.
