摘要
改革开放以来,中国教育改革探索出一条中国特色社会主义教育发展之路,取得了辉煌的成就。40年来,中国教育改革发展始终是在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下科学谋划、有序推进的。中国特色社会主义教育思想不断完善,教育政策和教育制度日趋成熟,具有中国特色教育改革之路显示出强大生命力。40年的历史经验告诉我们,中国教育改革和发展必须立足全局,注重教育改革的整体性、综合性和协调性;必须坚持教育改革的统一性和多样性相结合;必须坚持顶层设计与基层探索相结合;必须坚持时代精神与中华民族优良传统的统一、与中国共产党革命精神的统一;必须坚持中国特色与借鉴国际经验相结合;必须坚持教育公平优先的原则。在新的历史起点,我们要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦不懈作出新的更大贡献。
Since the reform and opening-up 40 years ago,China has explored a socialist road with Chinese characteristics in educational reform,and has made brilliant achievements;the educational reform and development has been planned scientifically and pushed forward in an orderly fashion under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. The socialist educational ideas with Chinese characteristics are gradually perfected,educational policies and systems tend to be increasingly mature,and the educational reform shows great vitality. The historical experience over the past 40 years reveals the following:China must carry out educational reform based on the overall situation,and attach importance to holistic,comprehensive and coordinated educational reform;adhere to unified and diversified educational reform,integrating top-level designs and primary-level exploration;adhere to integrating the spirit of the new times,the excellent traditions of the Chinese nation,and the revolutionary spirit of the CPC;combine Chinese characteristics with international experience;and uphold the principle of giving first priority to educational equality. At the new historic starting point,the Chinese people must,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,make greater contributions to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
