儒家价值观是中华民族深层文化心理结构的内核和灵魂。以儒家文化为主流的文化价值观在今天仍然具有强大形塑力,由此也成为了新时期发展职业教育的不容忽视的文化基质。对儒家为主的价值观进行辩证的分析和省思是新时期职业教育价值观建设绕不开的时代课题。继往以开来,要在接续传统和文化自觉的基础上对传统文化价值观进行创造性转化和创新性发展。在激扬职业教育发展文化新动力的同时,培育和构建起以"立德、立人、立诚、立技、立言"等"五立"为纲的新时代职业教育价值观。

Confucian values are the core and soul of the deep cultural and psychological framework of the Chinese nation. The cultural values,with the Confucian culture serving as the mainstream,still have a great influence today,thus becoming a noticeable cultural base for the development of vocational education in the new era. A dialectical analysis of and reflections on Confucianism-based values are an indispensable topic for the construction of vocational education values in the new era. To inherit the cultural traditions and forge ahead into the future,vocational education needs to pursue innovative development of traditional culture-oriented values based on the critical inheritance of Chinese traditions and culture,summon up a new culture-driving force,and cultivate such new-era values for vocational education as the 'cultivation of morality,talents,integrity,skills,and opinions.'
