Differentiated Instruction:A Teaching Theory Rooted in Eastern Culture

摘要 差异教学围绕教育教学的要素,构建适合班集体教学的差异教学策略体系及课堂教学的模式与变式。差异教学理论,源起儒学教育之因材施教思想,汲取中华文化之辩证中庸精髓,追求和而不同之全面发展境界,旨在促进每个学生最大限度的发展。 Based on the elements of teaching,differentiated instruction constructs the system of teaching strategies and classroom teaching modes suitable for the entire class.The theory of differentiated instruction,which originated from the thought of'teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes'by Confucius,absorbs the cream of dialectical moderation in eastern culture,and pursues all-round development based on'harmony but difference'so as to promote the maximum development of each student.
