创业型大学本土化的内涵诠释

The Localization of Entrepreneurial Universities:A Connotative Interpretation

创业型大学是国际高等教育变革的重要趋势,中国学习与借鉴西方创业型大学理论需要对此进行本土化的内涵诠释。一是创业型大学内涵在学界尚未取得共识,各种观点纷争无法为中国建设创业型大学提供理论指引;二是学术资本化的办学取向以及对大学办学自主权的基本要求,使得西方创业型大学理论不能对接中国创业型大学实践。诠释创业型大学本土化的内涵要点,需要遵循创业型大学理论奠基者的基本要义以及创业型大学中国实践的实际情况与现实需要,采取'建设动因'与'三大使命'四个维度的分析框架,确立学术资本转化而非学术资本主义的办学定位,培育学以致用的实用主义文化而非金钱至上的商业文化。中国特色的创业型大学理论推动创业型大学的中国实践,中国创业型大学的成功实践最终成就创业型大学理论的中国流派。

The building of entrepreneurial universities is an important trend in the worldwide reform of higher education.To absorb the Western theories of entrepreneurial universities,China needs to give a localized interpretation of them for the reasons as follows:Firstly,the academic circles have not yet reached a consensus on the connotations of entrepreneurial universities,and the disputes over them cannot offer China a theoretical guide;secondly,the orientation of academic capitalization and the basic requirements for autonomy in running universities fail to enable the Western theory of entrepreneurial universities to directly guide the practice of China’s entrepreneurial universities.To give an interpretation of the key points of the connotations of localized entrepreneurial universities,we need to follow the basic essentials of the original theories of entrepreneurial universities and China’s practice and actual needs,use the analytical framework for the'motivation of construction'and'three missions,'establish the orientation of academic capital transformation rather than that of academic capitalism,and cultivate a pragmatic culture of'learning for practical use'rather than a business culture of'money supremacy.'The theory of entrepreneurial universities with Chinese characteristics will promote the localized practice of entrepreneurial universities,and the successful practice of China’s entrepreneurial universities will eventually help establish the Chinese theory of entrepreneurial universities.
