The Integration of Mental Health Education in Elementary and Secondary Schools and Colleges and Universities:A Theoretical Perspective

摘要 大中小学心理健康教育一体化是德育一体化的产物。无论中小学校还是高等学校都应准确规范各教育阶段心理健康教育目标和内容,循序渐进地开展心理健康教育,实现心理健康教育差异性与递进性的统一。其主要学理基础是发展心理学、发展精神病理学和教育学原理。实现大中小学心理健康教育一体化的关键,在于建立大中小学心理健康教育的主要内容体系和保障措施,确保心理健康教育的针对性和实效性。 The integration of mental health education in elementary and secondary schools,and colleges and universities results from the integration of moral education.Elementary and secondary schools,and colleges and universities are supposed to specify their own targets and contents of mental health education,carry out mental health education step by step,and attach equal importance to differentiated and progressive mental health education.Theoretically,mental health education is based on developmental psychology,developmental psychopathology,and educational principles.The key to the integration of mental health education in different educational stages lies in the establishment of the major system of content and supporting measures to ensure targeted and effective mental health education.
