Analysis and Suggestions on Prevention and Control Major Epidemics in Armed Forces in the New Period

分析了我军随着社会环境和自然环境的变迁,组训模式以及所担负的历史使命的变化,所面临的重大疫情威胁来源的新趋势、新特点。探讨了与地方社会相比,军队系统这一特殊群体在疫情防控中的特点,以及给疫情防控带来的挑战。最后对比当前美国等西方发达国家军队在重大疫情防控方面的先进经验做法和发展方向,提出了我军重大疫情防控工作应加强和改善的4点建议。

Along with changes in the social and natural environment,the mode of training and missions of the Chinese army are also changing. This paper analyzed the new trends and characteristics of major epidemic threats to Chinese army. Based on a comparison with local communities,the characteristics of and challenges to epidemic prevention and control in the military system were discussed. Finally,the four recommendations were offered as to how to improve the prevention and control of major epidemics with reference to related practices in the United States and other western countries.
