槲皮素健康效应的表观遗传学机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 表观遗传学是指在基因的核苷酸序列不发生改变的情况下,基因表达发生了可遗传性的改变,主要涉及DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA异常表达等,在生物生长、发育和疾病发生中发挥着重要的调节作用。槲皮素是一种天然的植物化学物,能通过表观遗传学的相关机制来调控基因的表达。文章总结了槲皮素参与基因甲基化、组蛋白修饰及microRNA异常表达等方面的研究进展,从表观遗传学调控的角度,综述了槲皮素发挥作用的新途径。 Epigenetics is defined as heritable changes in gene activity and expression that occur without alteration in DNA sequences and are sufficiently powerful to regulate the dynamics of gene expression. Epigenetic regulation includes DNA methylation,histone modification,and noncoding RNA regulation. Epigenetic modifications play an important role in the biological growth,development and the etiology of disease. Quercetin,a natural pytochemical,is widely present in fruits and vegetables.Increasing reasearch has indicated that quercetin has very important effects on epigenics. In the present paper,the progress of quercetin in gene methylation,histone acetylation,microRNA aberrant expressions was summarized,and a new mechanism of quercetin in epigenetics was introduced.
