医护一体化模式在骨科护理中的应用研究

Health Care Integration Mode Application in Orthopedic Nursing Research

目的研究骨科护理中医护一体化模式的应用效果。方法随机选择2014年8月至2015年8月在本院接受治疗的骨科患者100例参与研究,随机平均分成2组,对照组利用常规模式实施护理,观察组应用医护一体化模式进行护理,比较两组效果。结果观察组检查预约等待时间、异常结果反馈时间、平均住院时间、正确执行医嘱时间均短于对照组,医生、护理人员以及患者满意度均高于对照组。结论医护一体化模式能够提高护士、医生以及患者对护理的满意度,提高临床医疗质量,值得推广。

Objective to study the application effect of orthopedic medical integration pattern in the nursing. Methods randomly selected in August 2014- August 2015 in our hospital treated 100 cases of orthopaedic patients participate in the study, the average random divided into 2 groups, control group using conventional pattern implementation of nursing, medical application integration model for nursing observation group, compared two groups of results. Results the observation group check appointment waiting time, abnormal results feedback time, average hospitalization time, execute orders right time are shorter than the control group, doctors, nurses and patient satisfaction were higher than the control group. Conclusions the medical integration mode can improve the nurses, doctors and patients satisfaction of nursing, improve the quality of clinical medical, is worth promoting.
